Can a stock s14 radiator fit on a sr20det?

i was wondering if i can use a stock KA s14 radiator on a red or black top s13 sr20det engine? i have a 1996 240sx chasis and i am going to put in a s13 red or blacktop into this car..i been pricing radiators for a s13 and there very expensive..koyos are over 300 bucks...i just wanted to drop a electric fan onto my stock ka radiator

It work, just need to rig a hose for the upper line. SR upper radiator necks on the right side away from the neck on the stock KA radiator.

yeah if your'e creative, it'll just take a trip to your local auto parts store. but i believe heavy throttle sells the exact hose setup you will need. it comes with this metal tube that runs accross your rad support with 2 90 degree elbows. if you are planning on using the stock SMIC it will 1. look like shit 2. look like shit 3. annoy the fuck out of you..

i might as well just save and get the koyo with dual electric fans..screw it..i am just trying to buy my parts piece by piece before i purchase the engine..so far i just bought the nismo engine and tranny mounts...next will be the radiator and fans and intercooler

you need this hose, its to an 02 dodge neon automatic. dont blow your money on any other hoses when you can pick this up for like $15

yup it'll work i'm running it on my slightly over stock s14 sr20det motor bout 280 to the wheels and runs cold all day have 2 12' electric flex-a-lite fans love em to death http://www.flex-a-lite.com/auto/html...-electric.html
oh yeah almos for got here's the link for the hoses http://www.heavythrottle.com/ Radiator Hose Kit, SR20DET w/USDM Radiator jus click on the cooling system link then rad hoses you'll see it only 50 bucks

oh this will save me a lot of money so i can actually go and buy me a nice exhaust instead...what kind of custom work is needed to mount the dual flex's fans on the stock radiator?

Duals should have zip-tie like clips for it to attach it to any radiator. Personally, return the Nismo motor mounts, and go find yourself some custom polyurethane ones or some Cusco/Kazamas. Nismo ones are almost the same thing as a brand new stock ones.

Griffin makes some universal ones for 200bux from summit.
few brackets and custom hoses will fix the rest.
