ever since i got the car my left light is aimed higher than the other, it also seems brighter, will new lights fix it, or is it a result from a tap on the front end???

Adjust the screw that sticks out from the black plastic headlight cover. Lower or higher it at your will.

hehe, I wasn't trying to antagonize you, it's just that i've been trying to find out the aiming measurements for this car since I bought it

I have no clue how I should aim mine either. They were way to low so I put them up a bit...hopefully not too much *shrugs* I can see better now but I dono if I piss people off or not. Can't be worse than a properly aimed SUV though.

Its in your owners manual assuming you still have one.
If not you can buy one at your local nissan dealer, I don't think they are very expensive.

There should be screws somewhere on your lights to adjust them. Check also the light bulb inserts for looseness. Other than that, pull in front of a garage door, and adjust the screws accordingly, and watch where the beam pattern moves to.

I have the same question but for the 1998 240SX. My driver side light is pointing lower than the other one.

On yonder s13 there are two screws, one under the lamp, one to the outside of the car. Screw in both a bit, should alleviate the aiming problem.

if you screw in the one on the outer edge of the light housing it will aim the lights outwards away from the car and if you screw in the ones at the bottom it will lower the beam. If you want to raise the beam or move them inwards just unscrew them a little and push the opposite side to make it slide on the screw.
It's not too hard to take the whole assembly out and fix it like that either
mine are kinda f'd up

but there are specific measurements that you are supposed to use. Are those in the manual?
