I can give you my experience from what I've played with.

Apexi AVC-R The most overly complicated boost controller on the market. However once you get it dialed in. Took me a month. The sucker rocks. My boost still spikes (due to stock acutuator) but boost is accurate. This is what I have on my car now. Installation is a easy if you know wiring. Greatest feature of all are the peak hold for boost RPM throttle position. And the chicks dig it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Blitz (that new one)
Installation was a snap. Just as easy as a manual. Played around with it for a little bit. Holds boost well much like the AVC-R and much less complicated. Only qualm I have with it is that the screen is small and the LCD is hard to read unless it's right in front of you.

Turboxs Manual.
This little guy's pretty cool. A baby could install it. And it holds boost well. Just make sure you have a good boost guage. Or else you'll have no clue where your at.

Fuel.
Unfortunatly I have no real world experience with this as I'm still doing research for my turbo upgrade. here's what I found.

AFC - Not what I'm looking for. with 550cc's I'd have to run at the top of it's curve +/- %50 over stock which wouldn't leave me with too much to tune with.

Greddy emanage - Great system from what I've seen. Inexpensive and has a ton of features. Only draw back is it's pretty much just like the AFC only goes +/- 50%. More on this later.

Power FC - So far what I've seen with this unit indicates that it can do everything that I want. If I were to get this unit I would leave it on my car with stock turbo. Play with it then upgrade my turbo. By that time I'll have learned enough about it to not blow my motor at startup. Only drawback is it's expensive and you need to know exactly what motor you have in order to get the right one.

JWT ECU - 2 month wait. Nuff said.

Enjuku ECU - Turns out shops have been getting their hands on this rom editor software that's been floating around. I might be wrong with Enjuku but that's what I gather.
For 350 you can send them your ECU and they'll chip it for you. Or They can send you the chip and you can sauder it your self. Seems like a pretty good setup. Especially since they can turn around your ECU in 3 days. Don't know if they've advertised this service yet. I think they still might be in the works with it.

Those are all the options I've been researching. I've narrowed it down to 2.
1, get the power FC

2, get enjuku chip then after I get my setup up and running get the Greddy e-manage to further tune.

Sorry for the long post.
Hope this helps.
Jed

My favorites:

Boost Controller: Blitz SBC (350-400 roughly)

Turbo Timer: HKS Type 0 (100 bucks)

Fuel Management: Well for piggyback fuel systems, I guess Apexi is the best... but I dont have a lot of experience with them, just judging what others have said.
