ups or fedex freight...go get a pallet throw the engine on it strap it down, if u want to get fancy get another spare palllet and just reinforce it with support.. and screw it to the good pallet... i did that alot with miata and bmw engines.. works like a charm..

You might be able to get a better price with unishippers.

When i used to ship bodykits out and stuff I used Unishippers. Great prices.

YES...Unishippers is by far the best place to ship big heavy stuff. It cost me 175 dollars to ship a sr20 long block to a terminal. Its probably like 50 dollars more to ship to a residence. They pick it up at your house too. Such great customer service also.

I believe I told them 300 pounds for the sr20 long block. With trans, it will be around 500 pounds. Just make sure all the fluids are drained and wrap it with plastic wrap. Also strap it down secure.

I don't know if you'd find anything about UPS Frieght shipping on their website, try calling them.

1-800-PICK-UPS

Anyways, whoever you use, just make sure you wrap it, and strap it down to a wooden palette (ones used for forklifts) with metal straps.
