CAS moved around

i have a redtop s13 SR20DET..its not starting, im pretty sure that its my timing thats offor my CAS... i looked at my CAS and it loos like its been moved around...what should i do now?? should i just move it? or re-time the engine, ive searched around but i cant find what i should do

Check the FSM.

Then make sure everthing's set correctly.

Why is your CAS moving around? Did you perform any engine work?

The FSM gives you a step by step guide on how to set timing.

Be aware that the CAS is fickle. If it's not set exactly right the engine won't catch.
