hey guys.  just wondering, on average how much does it cost to powdercoat rims black?  its too hard to find black rims at a good price, so im thinking about just getting silver ones & getting them powdercoated, but i have no idea how much it would cost.  any ideas?

mine were pretty cheap to paint.  it cost me like $10.  1st, get some sandpaper, like 220 grit or something small like that.  sand your rims.  the, wash them off and make em nice and clean.  take and primer them.  then pick your color.  i used semi-gloss black (just plain old spray paint).  then, put like 5 thing coats on.  then finish with a can of clear coat.  viola, beautiful rims! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

4, 16' wheels, around $150-200 to powder coat.
