KA Engine Not Starting

alright i rebuilt my motor the other day, its a KA24de all i did was replace the gaskets and water pump and got cams BC STG 2 and new alternator, and A underdrive crank pulley.....so i dropped the motor back in and connected everything back on. so i tried starting it and it would turn over but not enough power or something to start it right i replace the spark plugs and still nuttin. i readjusted the timing on it and still no power to start all the way im so confused and dont know wat to do...... dose anyone have any idea wat i did wrong or i need to do?

Definitely check the timing chains again. Make sure your distributor is in the right orientation as well.
