I found a pretty good deal on Full synthetic Motor Oil... : )
They are 2.74 a quart from http://www.partsamerica.com/ for 5w30, 10w30 and 20w50. Or you can go to your local Advanced Auto Parts and they will have buy 1 get 1 free deals. I bought a Case, and got a case free..
