I got my HKS Hiper or "Hi-Power" exhaust put on today!  Let me just say if there are any doubts about getting this exhaust, dont listen to them.  The sound is superb!  It is very deep, bassy, and throaty.  It has the perfect volume, not to loud, certainly not quite!  I Love it! Very glad i didnt jump on the n1 bandwagon.(no offense) <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>

Yeah, I'm stuck between the N1 Dual, HKS Hiper, 5Zigen Fireball, and Greddy MX.  I have no idea how I'm going to come to a decision.  I'm gonna try to get in touch with people with these exhausts and meet up with them.  So if you live the Indianapolis metro area and you don't mind me checking out your exhaust, it'd be great if we could get together or something.  I have 2 seasons to make my decision since I'm probably gonna get it next summer.

Sorry I couldnt help you out. I live in the Northern Virginia area. But if you are looking for a great exhaust with 65mm piping, I highly recommend this one. Thats one reason the n1 wasnt in the running for me.  Plus I hear that the n1 is louder.  I wouldnt want it any loader than the hiper. I dont have any pics yet.  Planning on taking some soon.  I might try to make a vid of it as well.  You will like yours. I dont have a silencer on, dont think it needs it imo.

any exhaust on the KA with 60/65mm piping will have that nice low mellow tone.  it's really the nature of the engine.  as soon as you try and put an 80mm or greater piping size on there it will start to get loud.  If you want a mellow tone and power across the entire power band, and your gonna stay N/A then go with 65mm or less..  if you want loud or are going turbo, go 80mm or greater.  The brands will only sound marginaly different as long as the piping sizes are similar.  Find one with a pretty tip, and the piping size for you, and your set.  And maybe Stainless if you care.

Thats cool. I just got some extra cash and i want to buy an exhaust now but i am not sure what to get. I have been looking into the HKS Hiper and i just wanted to actually hear it in person. I actually also live in the NoVa area (Tysons Corner). I was wondering if i could hear it some time.

**Also....We have been up at Rockville almost every Friday in the last 3 weeks.  I think its still cool.  Ne ways when we hear ne gunshots or see white vans we just duck in between cars.  Just keep moving.  Moving targets are harder to hit!

that's right, last friday they cleared out the B&N parking lot, when my friend got there at about 11:15 he said only cars there were 9 cops, and hooked up cars were rolling in and then right back out. I don't know if they are planning on doing that till they catch Westley, but it's likely.

Join Date: Jul 2002 Location: New Jersey Posts: 1,466 Trader Rating: (3) Rides Gallery: thelinja Feedback Score: 3 reviews	Yeah, I'm stuck between the N1 Dual, HKS Hiper, 5Zigen Fireball, and Greddy MX.  I have no idea how I'm going to come to a decision.  I'm gonna try to get in touch with people with these exhausts and meet up with them.  So if you live the Indianapolis metro area and you don't mind me checking out your exhaust, it'd be great if we could get together or something.  I have 2 seasons to make my decision since I'm probably gonna get it next summer.

But if you are looking for a great exhaust with 65mm piping, I highly recommend this one. Thats one reason the n1 wasnt in the running for me.  Plus I hear that the n1 is louder.  I wouldnt want it any loader than the hiper. sykikchimp WOW addicted Join Date: Dec 2001 Location: the moon Age: 44 Posts: 6,525 Trader Rating: (0) Feedback Score: 0 reviews	any exhaust on the KA with 60/65mm piping will have that nice low mellow tone.  it's really the nature of the engine.  as soon as you try and put an 80mm or greater piping size on there it will start to get loud.  If you want a mellow tone and power across the entire power band, and your gonna stay N/A then go with 65mm or less..  if you want loud or are going turbo, go 80mm or greater.  The brands will only sound marginaly different as long as the piping sizes are similar.  Find one with a pretty tip, and the piping size for you, and your set.  And maybe Stainless if you care. __________________
