has anyone ever use 4 lug to 5 lug adapter spacers?
i was surfing though ebay and came across these they look like they are decent quality and i was wondering if anyone has ever used something like this before. The only thing is that they are 2 inches thick and are basically 50mm spacers so you would have to buy some high offset wheels i guess. ( not an offset guru but just curios im thinking that these will cause the wheels the stick to far out with anything lower that 40+ offset.)
just for reference. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-LUG...6810QQtcZphoto |

weaksauce. Go to your junkyard and pull the 5 lug stuff out of an s14 or N/A z32 for crazy cheap. Just have to be patient about finding one and ready to work on one as soon as you do.
Friend of mine came up on the rears for $36 and change in our local junkyard.

yeah im probably going with the Ichiba conversion i just saw these and was curios.the more i think about it this will probably be harder to find nice 5 lugs wheels in the right offset that would work with these things they would make a +40 wheel a -10 which is to agressive for me.

Just some incite on these spacers. Well not the exact ones but anyway. They do the same job as any other spacer just allow you to go 5 lug. 50mm is a little much but the smaller ones guys here in japan use all the time and have no issues. I would just check out the quality of the e-bay stuff. one of my good friends use the front 4/5 spacer and he drifts the shit out of his car with no issues. So they are safe(if the quality is there). I went with R32 stuff on the rear and hubs in the front. That may be your best bet as the others posted.

^ yeah, I was just saying weaksauce to these specific spacers, but if they weren't so freakin thick I'd actually consider them myself.

my old friend booney used to run 4-5 lug spacers on his 'gray goose' and they worked really well especially if you use stock wheels. He used stock 350z wheels and other factory wheels and it made them flush or camber to fit which was fine.

To bump an old thread from the dead. I'm going 40/50mm over fenders on my S13 so with whatever wheels I go with I'm going to need some spacers. I figure it's just as easy to go 4-5 lug spacers as it is to swap to five lug and then get spacers.
Any recommendation on brand or maximum offset and/or brand of spacer to use that will be reliable for drift purposes.
