Clutch not fully disengaging problem @5500 rpm

First here are the info

Spec stage 3 6puck clutch
2000 miles
ka24de
Brand new oem Slave/ Master/ SS clutch line/removed damper box

So the problem i have is It isnt fully disengauging when in GEAR
So in when in gear/and clutch pedal is pressed, i rev to 5500rpm and i feel the car wanting to launch foward, and a nasty grind sounds.

Before i got a new slave/master/ss line/damper box removal
it would do it at ~3100 rpm and only when i drove the car around a bit(would not do it cold)

Now it just does it all the time but at 5500rpm

Any ideas?

BTW
my clutch master Fork is adjusted all the way out(longest it can go) is this correct?it was like this on the oem master i removed so i followed it

Here is a video back when it did it at ~3100rpm
hard to hear but if u lisen carefully u can hear it grind

You replace the Input Bushing? Grease the input shaft? Break in properly?

But, it sounds like your tranny is trashed. Cause I would expect some shifter movement and the car wanting to lerch and stall out like someone that doesn't know how to drive stick. Yours just makes god awful sounds.

Did you over-torque the pressure plate bolts?

Is it hard to get into gear sometimes when depressed?

Or get out of gear?

They are only supposed to be torque to 36 ft lbs iirc
