wierd Blow off valve flange??

well I'm trying to figure out what bov fits this flange? I didn't really want to cut it off but so far I haven't been able to find a valve that has a thread on flange. I'm almost wondering if maybe its the bottom section of a bov with the flange cut off welded on???

i cant see the picture since im at work but im betting that it is the bottom half of the HKS SSQV flange. the flange that i had on my old car for the SSQV was all one piece that had to be welded on but i just bought an FRSport hot pipe that had an SSQV flange that came in two pieces, one was the actual part that attaches to the BOV and the other was the part that attached to the pipe and that part had threads.

more than likely you need the top piece that screws on and should look similar to this: http://www.frsport.com/HKS-1410-SA00...ge_p_1246.html

like i said i cant see the pic at work. im just going off of your description. sorry but i couldnt actually find the top piece online that screws in, maybe you will have better luck searching.
