i am currently running a 95 240sx with a 14b and a boost dependant fuel regulator. so far its been running ok, i have an apex afc, walbro fuel pump and 370cc injectors on the wait. but for now am i playing it safe? im a noob at this turbo stuff but i know less fuel and leaning out can cause detonation but my car backfires a lot, doesnt that mean its running rich? so is the boost dependant fuel ragulator keeping me from running lean? thanks

i personally would bring it to a dyno and play around with the fuel pressure or the afc before guessing. the last thing you need is detonation or to think your running good but its actually running rich. play it safe man when it comes to fuel issues
