I went to dyno tune today, and blew up my SR!!!!!

So I am parting out all the parts i have right now for an sr swap.

my setup is (all the parts im selling)

Stock redtop motor..............sold
nismo 555cc injectors in the stock rail with fresh rings....sold
Garrett GT28R with less than 1500 miles......................sold
Blitz DD bov with flang welded on the pipe....................sold
ebay fmic with piping.....................100 dollars
stock tranny x2......................150 each
z32 maf with pigtail................sold
z32 maf without pigtail.............sold
SR maf with pigtail with blitz sus intake filter...150 dollars
redtop ecu................................120 dollars
custom wiring harness...............200 dollars
exedy stage2 3-puck clutch with plenty of life on it.....sold
safc II black color, no scratched.......................sold
PLX M300 wideband with O2 sensor........sold
coilpacks with harness, i got two sets........110 dollars
I would like to sell the motor itself for 500 dollars....

what happened today was while they were tuning the car, the oil filter poped out and nobody knows...so the car was running without oil and started knocking on cyclinder 4.

not at all....the turbo spools fast, spins freely and clean. I bought it brand new from Touge Factory

So which tuner did you go to?

I was at RS motors today for a tune and my car wouldn't start(power FC had no power)

but hell they turned the car on after getting power to the power fc, with following 2 things.

1. Ball up sock in my intake to keep gunk from getting in it while driving to burnsville(80 mile trip)

2.I told them I hadn't filled it up with antifreeze, so amount of antifreeze in motor after swapping out turbo? unknown.

I didn't think there was anybody worse than that but apparently you found them. I'm sorry dude, I can't imagine the feeling of your motor blowing up.

i heard RS is not so good. I heard it from Ryan from TMF Opposition, though. I've never been there. I was at DB performance. They are pretty good at tuning. but just nobody could ever expect that the oil filter came off. You know, I dont really blame them because it is not their fault and nobody wants this to happen
