im pretty sure thats Ikeya Formulas kit.  i believe thats one of their 180sx race cars.

According to those in the know, Koguchi's original front bumper is made by Largus altered by Kazama. There are now replicas of it from both companies as well as Ikeya Formula.

Looks sweet, I actually like the chopped s13 from behind but it looks weird from the front.  Anyway, I like that kit!!

yeah it is chopped. its the ikeay formula choptop car. it was for sale last time i looked at their website.
