Im installing an Oil pressure gauge in my car today when I change my oil. My question is this, I know when I turbo my car I need a "T" connection on the recivers spot on the block, but with the gauge it also needs a T, is it ok to run more than one T? Or can I completley eliminate the oil pressure sender and just not use it? What negative effects if any will it have on performance of my eninge?

you can run two t's that's no big deal. I found that it might be helpfull to have a little bit of an extention to get it out away from the oil filter and this little piece of engine casting. I don't have one, but I think it would make it easier to twist on the T.
