i have a 91 240 coupe with a rb20 swap i cant shift into 2nd gear unless i do it real slow or i drop below 3000 rpm's and even then it doesn't always go in so ealily it grinds if i try and shift quickly can any body giver me some ideas on how to fix this problem i'd really apriciate it people's thanks ...Ryan

bad synchro maybe? Make sure your clutch is disengaging properly, then maybe try some high quality trans oil.

i'm having prblem with first gear on KA24E but same thing like u. still dont know what happen.
