Ive herd it fits rite on.. but i also herd i need an adaptor. if so where can i get an adaptor to fit Sr20 greddy manif

You need an adapter for the stock manifold, but for the Greddy manifold, you have to port match (bore the manifold out) it with the TB and re-tap the bolt holes iirc...

^I have seen there adaptors and they are sick! Just cut the stock flange off and weld on the new one.
