what kind of 240sx do you have? s13 or s14?

you should buy yourself an FSM. it's most valuable next to a LSD

Its easy to remove the trim to install the stereo.
1st pull out the trim around the climate control. it just pulls out.
Then carefully pull up on the trim around the shifter(assuming u have a 5spd, dont know about the auto)
there should be 2 scres up top and two screw on the bottom and another behind the ash tray.
After taking them out, just pull the whole trim w/ stereo components out.
Be careful since its easy to snap the little screw holes on the trim.

As for the tweeters. On the cars w/ 6 speaker factory stereos, the tweeters go on the A-pillar. I just installed mine there yesterday and bought the A-pillar trim w/ grills from someone here who was parting out their car.
