Know the post is somewhat old...but doesn't look like you got your answer.

I just removed my complete set of stock struts mated with Tein S tech springs. Lowered about 1.25", retained a decent ride, def. sportier, and stock suspension arms can still be used to align to factory specs. In fact, 2 of the shocks are almost new and the springs were on for about an oil change (~3000 miles). I just cleaned them up and put them in a box with bubble wrap.

Looking for $150 w/o shipping charges. You are midwest though, so wouldn't expect it to be terrible. LMK!
