What's the timing supposed to be set to on a red top SR?

15 degrees.

There are six marks on the crank pulley and they go like this

-5 0 5 10 15 20

So you want it on the second to last mark. Make sure you car is warm before you set the timing.

BTW, the marks are clockwise frok left to right correct?
