What exactly is the reason the ceramic wheels break over 400hp? is it too much heat on the ceramic wheel? detonation? or is it just the shear speed of the turbine?

Heat and the the physics of rotational kinematics...the force on the blades due to the acceleration of things that rotate.

I never pushed either of my BNR32's past 1.1 bar. Ceramic FTL
