Electrical short?

Problem:

When headlight switch is in first 'on' position I get no outside marker lights, or gauge lights. Gauges work fine.

In second on position I get headlights, but the taillights keep popping the 7.5 amp fuse on the inside fusebox.

I am unexperienced in electrical repair so i am kinda stuck on what to do, can't really afford Dealership Labor right now.

Any Ideas?

how do you know it's the tail lights?? is it the brake lights that are popping the fuse or is it when you install a bulb the fuse pops?

As soon as you turn the tail lights on, it pops the fuse, the brake lights are still functional. This is Wingnut
