Cracked Head Maybe??

The oil cap looks like the oil is mixing with the coolant, like I may have a bad head gasket, but, the oil on the dipstick is good, and there is nothing inside of the coolant reservoir, or radiator.
The car is a 1989 Nissan 240SX, with 1995 KA24DE swap and a fairly simple turbo setup. The car is still on the stock ECU and the only means of management/tuning right now is an Apex'i SAFC.
All internals are 100% stock. The car is also smoking like crazy and I think it may be because of either the cracked head, bad ring lands, or bad valve seals.
I would really like everyone's opinion on this so I can get this stuff figured out ASAP. Thanks in advance.

When I cracked the head on the Starion it didn't smoke or do any of that craziness... Would just piss coolant out the side of it.. I prolly cracked a water jacket though...You prolly cracked both but that's pretty insane. You over heat it recently?

The car hasn't over-heated recently. I was actually recently told that it is a possibility that one of my oil pickups has been clogged or something along those lines?

Well, the radiator is full, but, when I popped the HG on my Civic, there was oil mixing in the rad.? Is that not common?

I figured just as much. I guess I will go and pick up and HG tomorrow. What size should I use on a turbo'd KA? 1mm metal Cometic?
