s13 Front bumper Cutt?

i just instaled a front mount on my s13 hach it has a chuki front bmper should i leave it as is or cut the front bumper a bit high so more air gets to intercooler ??

i would recommend leaving it or else it will start sagging, you could try it but you might want to reenforce the bumper with small metal brackets all though it wouldnt really affect performance so much

what kind of fmic did you install? all the ones i've installed on my cars were a bit to large for the front bumper. I needed to trim quite a bit to make them fit and still allow for the front bumper to bolt up without smashing it on.

to answer your question, i would just leave it. although it allows for a little more airflow, i dont deem it necessary. Plus you have an outrageous hole in your front bumper. if you really want to allow for more airflow, get a hole saw and drill holes so your bumper still has some integrity
