I don't hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key. I have spark (will run if sprayed with starting fluid) and the fuel pump fuse is good. What do I need to check? EGI, EGI pump relays and the fuel pump? How do I do it with a volt/ohm meter? Wiring diagrams would be really helpful and any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

if all the fuses and relays are good, and you dont hear the pump turning on. most likely its the pump itself.
