need help with intercooler

I have to cut a hole thru the metel on the side of the car to fit my side mount intercooler thru. Anyone know of an easy way to cut it? And no I don't have a torch.

Umm..if your talking about making a hole in the metal down near the radiator or on the other side in the same area, i would suggest if your really cheap and lazy like me, taking a drill and just drilling holes till you make a complete circle. Then just pop that little guy out and if you want, sand down the sides to make a nice, smooth, lazy cheap piping hole.
