too much fuel or not enough... get a tune. 550's wont idle if you dont take fuel out and ur gonna studder or run rich on the top end. GET A TUNE.

^^^^ get a tune. can't expect to just slap on bigger injectors and maf without the tune for it.

anyway back to this again, motor is running again, last night i sucessfully adjusted all the settings and it was idling properly and pulling hard steady at 11.0AFR at 12psi all the way to redline

however after increasing boost to 15psi and compensating fuel for it, it would start to rev limit at 5000-6000rpm again

i've checked that its not running too rich or too lean, i've also checked the ignition timing multiple times and cranked and its still what it was before, 7 degrees instead of 15 (just to be safe)

at the end of the day i turned the boost back down to 12psi and i can't get it to stop rev limiting there

also thought about decreasing BKR7E spark plug gap from 0.028 to 0.026

if anyone has any ideas why an ecu would rev limit early (besides too rich/too lean) please post up

thanks in advance!

you've stated that 3 times, if you have nothing else to state don't post in my thread anymore

i own a track s13 that is tuned with a power fc djetro and i've been adjusting things on it for the last 2 years and it makes 380whp reliably at 18psi, i track the car twice a month through hot summer days and it never has problems, so i believe you have no right to state that i don't know what i'm doing with tuning, so please and thanks gtfo

update, MAF wiring is correct

cas timing is 10btdc at 850 rpm (its supposed to be 15btcd at 850rpm but i always run 5 degrees down just to be safe on my street car)

spark plug gap is at 0.028 so there shouldn't be any ignition break up

i checked and checked for vacum leaks and couldn't find anything wrong, I'm running a recirculating valve back to intake pipe, front pcv is hooked up to the intake pipe, rear pcv dumps to crank case like factory, intake manifold is stock

2 in and 5 out is correct and adjusting the gap down wont correct a reving problem.
Sound like you could have the signal and power wires crossed on the MAF sensor. I would check that first
