where do you get magnetic shielding for your wiring harness when doing splices? I've checked online but dont want to spend 30 bucks per square foot on a 50 sq ft roll. i just need a little bit. any help is nice thanks.

I've seen people using the shielded wires from Home Depot for their harness. I bought mine from here
Belden 6300FE 18/2 Shielded Plenum.

If you're doing the MAFS, knock, TPS etc, the shielded wires from the cannibalized KA harness is perfect since they're all at the perfect length already.

actually, that reminds me i have a junk yard around the corner that i can get harness from.

I just stripped some old wires lying around and wrapped it around teh needed wires and done

well, doesnt the sheilded wiring have to be grounded, and doesnt the sheilding have to cover 100% of the wire?

you can buy it at Frys electonics, or any other electronics stores.
