After the meet, driving back home was fine. felt tired, hungry, couldnt wait to get to my friends house and eat some pizza. while getting on the freeway, a gsx starts messing with me. so did i race? answer was no. i said to myself, screw this i aint blown my engine. so i let the gsx go. after a couple miles , my engine started over heating and then ya....it blew...

What blew? Headgasket, rod through the block...?

So are you going to tell us what is wrong with the engine, that way we could tell you how to fix it.
