I removed the entire ventlation system and replaced it with a super compact heater system

you need to remove the dash to get all that stuff out

so you take out the entire dashboard (including glove box) and is it just a few bolts that hold the evaporator in?

evap is inside plenum when you remove it you will need to make a plate to cover the hole in the heater plenum if you keep the stock unit
yes the whole dash it is behind about 60% of it

If you remove the evaporator and are not putting another back in there is a hole in the heater plenum if you are not going to install another evaporator than in needs a plate
