Using NA 300ZX VLSD on an S14

Can I just insert my 6-bolt open diff output shafts into the 300ZX unit or does it have to be 240sx 6-bolt ABS VLSD output shafts that you put in?

You need Z32 5 bolt output shafts to run a Z32 unit. Anything other than the Z32 output shafts won't work.

Thats not right. You can swap the 240 output shafts into the unit to avoid switching axles, just making sure if it has to be VLSD shafts or open.

Open diff output shafts are too short and it will be open diff unless you use vlsd output shafts

Thank you, I just wanted to make sure. I already have the 5 bolt output shafts, just need the J30 5 bolt axles. Anyone know where to score some?
