finding a turbo to fit the ka isnt hard, but finding a turbo that will fit a manifold that fits the ka is the real question

look around for ka-t manifolds. they come in many different trubo flanges

It's probably quite a bit harder to find a downpipe for the turbo that fits the manifold...... since the only way is to have one custom made or retrofit an SR one.

The sr20det downpipe actually comes up to the exact spot that the stock KA header ends at... so it's really not much help for a KA-T downpipe. More helpful as a piece for a 3" turbo-back exhaust

Rookie is right.

Y'know what's cooler than partial caps? Vowing to get myself moderator status for the sole purpose of banning your *** if you do it again ;-)

Anyhow, to the task at hand. No sense getting sidetracked by a newbie with a nifty pic

Turbos are very very simple devices. You can get flanges or manifolds to fit virtually any turbocharger on your car. There isn't really any common turbo folks pull from junkyards for their 240s, but I've heard of using z31, DSM, volvo, merkur, mustang (2.3l turbo motor). Sounds to me like you need more research. Keep searching the forums, there is all sorts of cray information you can find here.

Welp.. I think this thread is done.
Carkid.. I only responded to correct Ace in my cheap-shot fashion. It wasn't to help you at all, seeing as I don't read the post that is typed in improper english, partial caps, or all caps. I just patrol the responses and keep track of flames.
Andrave.. responding in partial caps was kinda idiotic.
Misnomer... good luck banning people.
