You don't plug it into anything, it's a Nissan specific diagnostic plug that dealers use to access the computer, and diagnose things (Consult).

On the 'civilian side' that you can use for datalogging (With NissanDataScan, ConZult, etc etc) a car, as well as reading fault codes, and watching sensors. It's a great tool for sure.

Oh

I'm new to Nissans, But my car hasn't been working at all for the past few months. It is a bone stock 93 240sx automatic. I replaced the battery since the EGI drained it while it kept buzzing. I replaced the starter and it still doesn't work. I do not crank. I believe it does prime, I hear the fuel pump while the ignition is on. I have no clue guys. I have checked all fuses and they are all good.

Oh man, EGI relay (eccs) and EGI Pump (fuel pump) issues can be a nitemare for sure. Seems like it's becoming very common of late. Do some searching and check to see what the common symptoms are.

I'm currently fighting one in a friends car...I'll let you know what we figure out.

I'm glad I spend 3 hours plotting the entire s13 wiring harness about a week ago. Go Zilvia.
