sr torque specs needed

I just switched from my honda way of life and moved to my love of nissans. Im currently rebuilding a sr20det, i have a binder for of specs given to me by the previous owner. While this helps alot it is missing some info.
I need the specs for the main caps. so far i've found 54-61ft/lbs. Any one have anything a little more precise?

thanks
