I have a 92 240sx. i dont like the flip up headlights so i want to do a s13 silvia conversion. but i was wondering if the 97-98 240sx front clip would fit on a 92?if anyone has ever tryed or knows it not going to work let me know.

Sure it will. Basically it is all the same size.

Umm.. the engine will fit fine (wiring needs to be fixed), but the body panels aren't gonna make perfectly, the lines don't work, the S14 is wider, and the hinges and latches will probably just need to change around a bit. There are kits to do a s14 front clip but they are custom panels if I recall correctly.

I wasn't thinking the whole front end. I was just thinking the SR and computer etc. No the S14 IS wider. They don't match up there at all. Bets bet is an S13 Silvia face with an S14 SR20DET. My bad

I'm with you Gladhatter, I love the look of a sil8tys. I plan on doing the swap whenever I do a motor swap.
