are these 100% 30mm? i just bought a pair that the guy said they were and it turns out they are 26mm one... now i have 30mm rotors and 26mm calipers

oh also meant to ask if they come with the pad bolts ( the ones that hold the pads up)

they come with new bolts clips and all the hardware i got from nissan ..no pads..
