Help headlight probs =\

Other night I came out and started up the car and tried to turn on the lights, one came up and one was stuck, I got it up with my hand it was hung up on something, but only one headlight will go on. The highbeam light stays on all the time even though the lights arent on, and only one headlights works, and it stays on all the time no matter if the car is off and keys are out. I cant get it to shut off. Everytime I park my car I have to disconnect the battery so my battery wont go dead. I even unhooked the light where it plugs in at the back and the highbeam light still stays on. Althought my high beams never worked. any suggestions on what to do?

The guy I bought my 240 from mentioned a similar problem and said it was the headlight control stalk, and gave me a new OEM stalk. I haven't experianced the problem yet and still have the stalk. I'll sell it to you, if you like. Make an offer....
