Obviously, pistons and rings, camshaft, oil pump, distributor, valve stems, guides and springs, retainers, head gasket, head and main studs, depending on situation the sleeves, rods, main bearings, all other gaskets like the intake manifold gaskets, and so on.

sleeves there are no sleeves...rods are fine, cams are fine, distributor and studs should be fine also
the cams are hard as hell they are fine...no need to replace those..jus clean them...same with rods unless u put a lot of stress on the rods

you shouldn't need to replace your water pump or timing chain, but you can if you want. I'm not. You probably want to replace your pistons, rings and bearings if you are tearing the motor apart. If you are running low boost, then you can skip the pistons. but the rings and bearings are wear items and should be replaced with any build. get a nissan headgasket from a dealer, that's the one you want. You may need to replace some timing parts, like the plastic guides and such. You may want to replace the oil pump (if you are replacing the water pump) and oil pan gasket while you have the motor out. Your rods should be good unless you bent one, normally they are not replaced if they are in good condition. Your head should be fine, I would not worry about it at all.

What kinda rebuild you want? Turbo build or stock?
The only reason you would sleave the ka24de is to run some huge boost www.ka24de.com You can get a high flow water pump... not a bad idea I would upgrade the cams and do a port and polish to. are you doing it or paying?

Hey man, don't skimp on the connecting rods. You'll be ****ed when you have to buy another block because you snapped one of them and it went through the wall of the block and destroyed all your fresh new engine parts. Just my $0.02. Good luck.

Well. If its blowen up already.. I would say get everything you could want right now. It may take longer and more cash... But it costs more to do it twice. I should have got a spec 3 clutch when I did my flywheel. now i'm kicking myself cuz I will have labor twice! grr
Just my thought on this. (My idea if you care) My idea for my car is.. Build the engine to handle 450+ hp then drop in a T25 for insta boost 300hp for the street. Then when you want that extra kick have a 100hp shot of Nitrous. Just one of my ideas. I think it would work out good... Maby even boost to 350hp and then the Nitrous of 100hp.... That would be fun! may need a bigger turbo tho. I duno turbos well.

I was under the impression that if your stock rods didn't have any stress marks or any signs of damage then, from the factory, they are very stout. They are already shotpeened from factory also. (someone help me out here...I'm kinda out of it...
