If I win the lotto I will buy some cheap land somewhere and build my own neighborhood for strictly, s-chassis / Z / skyline owners, and absolutely no clunkers will be allowed... ill make a dedicated junk yard of nothing but nissan parts cars.

This is already pretty much the case, or seems like it. Zilvia is like 95% CA residents, or so it appears.

At any rate, with everyone on the same block, that street better have no potholes and pretty flat driveways, or everyone's fucked.
