KA: Is the A/C electric fan necessary?

My clutch fan took a shit last night after the water pump studs snapped in half and my fan fell foward into my A/C fan and tore it to pieces. I'm running no A/C fan now and my A/C doesn't even work for that matter. Will the clutch fan be enough to keep my car nice and cool? It seems to be working alright so far on about 20-30min drives.

If the AC doesn't work and don't care to fix it. Remove the condenser.

Electric serves 2 functions. AC fan to keep the condenser cool and Overheat protection. Even if the AC is not installed you won't have the overheat protection.

^^Right. I meant Yes, the electric fan is necessary. Granted the clutch fan may work on its own now.. Shit happens, and maybe it won't be enough one day.
