Arrow Fuel pump priming and puming, but no fuel in chamber

hey guys,
i just finished installing a z32 maf, new 740cc injectors, new nismo fuel pressure regulator, and a new L-jetro power fc.
when i turn the key to the second on position it starts clicking the check engine light on and off like crazy and when i try to start the car it only cranks but doesnt turn over. the pump is priming and pumping, but when i pull the plugs out there is no trace or smell of fuel. any thoughts?

car:
s14 with s14 sr20det ecu code "WC"

trace it back to the source. If you have no fuel in the injectors. check the rail...not there....check the lines...no? check the fuel filter....still no. go back and make sure you have gas! lol

true story.

Is your FPR open at all? lol

Pull an injector, or check the fuel line that goes into the rail and check for fuel.
checked the ohms on all injectors just in case, even though they are brand new, and they read 12 (they should be from 10-15). pulled the injectors themselves and they all have fuel as well.
my fpr is open lol, i did double check that

i checked all the continuity from each injector to ecu as well and they are good.

there is gas.
yes i can hear the pump priming.
fuel pump was holding the correct ohms as well (should be between .2-5 ohms)

i have also noticed that when i turn the engine over (does not start obviously) that the fuel pump relay clicks a lot.

another issue (yay!), engine has no spark as well. i pulled the plug out, put it on the coil pack while it was plugged in, grounded it to intake manifold and saw no spark.
i have:
checked continuity for all pack wires
check that each wire was getting voltage
checked to make sure all brand new coilpacks were now faulty for what ever reason and they were all good (should be at 1 ohm)
replaced all relays
replaced ignitor chip
checked continuity from ignitor clips to ecu.

i have a fsm handy as well but i still cant find this mystery problem.

any ideas would be much appreciated.

thanks
adam k

check if all wires at f9 f10 connector ie sr20 swap connectons
have power if so then fuel commander or ecu...
its simple...if u have 12v at coils an no spark..its ecu
u have fuel at injectors..but no spray?
and all the other loose ends r tied up..
like grouds..12v..good sensors..relays etc
last on list is ecu...just be sure
its ecu....
sumtimes all fuses r good but no power...
nissan baby...

so turns out that everything was fine as far as sensors, ecu and what not. it was the harness not giving power to the ecu and sensors. took the harness out and it was wired to the incorrect power sources. witch is wierd because the car had been running with this exact wiring layout. but i rewired it, and the car kicked right up.

there was no power in ecu pins number 59 49 and 109. all very important!

thanks guys!
