S14 Clutch/ Tranny issue

So a while ago I parked my car for a week and when I went to drive it again I had no 5th or reverse. problem got worse loosing 1st and 4th as well. Took off the tranny made sure clutch was all good, replaced tranny, replaced clutch master and slave cylinders and still have the same issue..... where am I going wrong.

Possibly air in the system? Try replacing the stock clutch line/dampner with a SS one and bleed the clutch line. SPL sells them for like $20.

Also check to be sure the clutch fork didn't come loose or something.

So I made sure the fork was good. It is in place and everything. Deleted the damper box and still same issue... Please help!
