Question on 300zx turbo diff and axles

Oh here we go. so I bought these from a freind and he told me that they will fit on my car .I have a 95 s14. Needless to say I have taken that diff in and out about 3 times and it dont fit. It gets up in there but one side axle will not not push back so I can slide on to the out put shaft on the diff. I have the right axles on the right side I triple checked it because I know one side is longer then the other. But it wont for the life of me go on. The first time I attempted to put in this diff with the axles( axles are from a 300zx turbo btw) I did it with a freind and we ended up popping the bearings over on one side of the axles and a bearing came out of it. I pushed it back and slid the bearing back in and recapped it. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have tried everything. I have been doing it by myself because I dont have anyone to help me at the moment so I dont know if that has something to do with it because its really diffcult to do on jacks with a jack supporting the new diff. So my question I guess is does this fit in a s14? I have heard countless people on the net say DONT get the turbo diff. But my freind swears by it that it will fit in there. I just need some conformation to set the record straight so I can either put it in AGAIN lol or sell it. Thanks

Pretty sure neither the diff nor the axles will work.

Diff will work only with TT driver and Q45 driver axle. And ocne you do that, you're gonna need to be running TT hubs as well, as the 240 hubs won't allow the thicker TT axles to go through the splines.
The stock TT configuration will not fit in an S14 because the TT axles are too long and not compatible with the stock hubs. Getting a TT diff to work in an S chassis is a lot of work.
