Throw Out Bearing Noise

I just got an Exedy Stage 2 clutch installed with the included new OEM TOB. The bearings seems to be noisy when the clutch pedal is depressed but this noise goes away once the car has been warmed up.

Is the bearing defective? Why would it only make this noise while cold?

This seems to be pretty common. My car does it too- stock KA stock clutch. It only does it some days- ill press the clutch in and I can hear it very clearly, other days its completely quiet. Its been like this for 30k+ miles, I dont think its anything to worry about.

Its that loud? Mine isnt very loud at all, I can just barely hear it over the exhaust. I can just hear the bearing turning at idle speed, it doesnt sound like theres anything wrong with it, but if yours is excessively loud, there may be something going on in there.

It isn't loud, I can only hear it at idle. I am just sure its not normal since it only makes noise when its cold.

I have a Spec stage 3 in stock KA, I have similar problems only they go away when i push in the clutch. if i put it in neutral and let the clutch out i hear a funny spinning noise. and yesterday after a few clutch kicks it felt and sounded like slipping clutch but only when you push on the pedal. not fully disengaging? could that be because of toasted TO? I'm confused lol somebody help! and at high revs i hear another spinning noise... pilot bushing maybe?
