97 KADE stock with 5 sp swaped.

When I push, car wont rev over 5500 PRM... in any gear.

help...

make sure the maf is plugged in all the way, i had that problem my car wouldnt rev past 3500...lol

Maf.. shit forgot about that... that previous owner had replace a new one from NAPA.

Do you guys recommand OEM or OE?...

Pretty much i can find a stock s14 MAF to replace it should fix the problem.

anyways try to borrow a maf before you purchase a new one.

This issue is common when someone tries to remove the speed limiter, with out the proper tools

Check pin32 y/g @ ecu or vss

^ yeah that's what I had on my car when I first bought it took me a while switching maf's and other stuff. I just went under and cut the 5th gear position wire. Worked and never had that problem again.
