Tomei 2-Way LSD Help

Okay guys, so I have a 1990 Nissan 240 hatch...sum it all up, 5 lug, rb20, and other stuff...not important...

Alight so heres the problem..

today I went to go swap in my 2-Way and get everything out everything goes according to plan, when I hit a road block....the output shafts that come out of the diff pumpkin and go into the diff wont fit in my 2-Way...they are to big.

The diff came out of my R32 in Japan, and I thought that 32 and s13 shit was inner changeable diff wise? I have 6 bolt half shafts and 4 bolt diff pumpkin cover...this is an s13 diff right? and the 2-way will fit right in the pumpkin, but the output shafts wont go into the LSD....

Help please.
Will i have to purchase R32 output shafts and half shafts?
whats interchangeable?

thanks guys,
let me know,

-nick

if the r32 diff is like a oem silvia diff i think the sizes are different case being my buddy has a s13 silvia and tried to swap in a welded US diff and wanted to use his jdm cover and the US diff was larger.

here is the USDM diff with a JDM s13 cover

oem silvia diff

my tomei diff in a usdm punkin notice the width difference

The 2-way was probable intended for an R32 that has a VLSD.

You need to get VLSD input shafts.
