I have '90 240sx and the headlights pop up but they dont go down. I tested out a new switch and tried to test out some different motors but it didn't work. Anyone have any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!

It sounds stupid but I got to ask.... is the button that flips the lights up and down depressed?

I checked that out before and that wasnt the problem. I was hoping it was. Any other ideas??
