Also have the D21 flywheel, but no pics of it at the moment.

How much bigger is the D21 Flywheel compared to the stock KADE Flywheel??

It's the same overall diameter (that's why it works with the 240sx starter). However, the contact area of the ka is only 225mm, while the D21 is 240mm

Yup, it's used as mentioned in the initial post.

It was used for ~400 miles before I changed my whole setup including the clutch because I knew it wouldn't hold.

It was babied the whole time (as you can tell in the pics) because I still hadn't finished the 500 mile break-in period.
