Well i just got my car, and i'm a total car noob for the most part. I tried looking up informtion on lugs and really wasnt able to find a very solid answer, and plus i would rather hear it from someone who knows what they're saying. Sorry if this is a repost, this is pretty much my first post in this site =]

You are going to have to be a LOT more specific as to what it is you’re question, up to and including why this is a query you have.
As it were, your question is IMPOSSIBLY vague and WILL draw the worst of the internet in responses. In order to do you the favor of avoiding that, I will suggest you first try searching for your answer and using your search as a means of gathering specifics as to what it is you’re needing to know, because this thread would end VERY ugly if left open.
